About Us

Locally owned and operated in South Florida, we service Palm Beach, Broward, Dade and Martin Counties.  

The ownership team has over 20 years experience in Private Security,  Law Enforcement, Investigations and Retail Loss Prevention.  We utilize this experience to provide our clients with the security program that they need, at a rate they can afford. 

Utilizing integrated technology we provide digital reporting, officer accountability and data driven information on the type, frequency and location of incidents on your site.  We are always expanding our technology suite, offering new software and data to our clients.

Our Window Down Patrol is designed so officers can not only hear whats happening outside the patrol vehicle, but also be engaged with the community they serve.  Our offices wave and greet your residents, tenants, employees and guests.  Windows Down makes our officers easily approachable to speak directly with anyone about questions or security concerns they have.   

We believe in hands on ownership.  We do not employ sales teams, account managers or have shareholders.  We work in the best interest of our clients, and answer directly to our clients.  Every client has a direct line to the owners, who are ready to answer your questions, concerns or needs.  We attend HOA, POA, tenant and business meetings, ready to answer your residents, tenants or employees, questions and address their security concerns.

Our Officers

We take great pride in hiring only the best officers, and retaining these quality officers.  While the primary function of our officers is to act as a deterrent to criminal activities on your properties, we also utilize a community security approach, working to build trust with your residents, tenants, employees and guests.  This is the foundation to a successful security program.  This is not only something we teach to our officers, but we encourage them to get involved with the communities and properties we serve.  To accomplish this we require our officers to meet minimum hiring requirements, complete a selection process and continue their training throughout their employment with us.  In return for their hard work, they receive retention benefits, employee rewards and promotional growth opportunities within our agency.

All officers must meet minimum hiring requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Higher Education
  • Be of Good Morale Character
  • Able To Perform Functions of Job
  • Posess a Valid Florida Drivers License
  • Posess a Valid Florida Security Officer License (40 Hours Training for Unarmed additional 28 Hours Training For Armed)

Applicants then go through a thorough screening process:

  • Application Review
  • Phone Interview
  • Written Test
  • In Person Interview
  • Previous Employer(s) Reference Verification
  • Neighbors Reference Verification
  • Complete Criminal Background Check
  • License Verification
  • Drug Test
  • Final Interview

If the applicant passes all of the required screening processes, then a job offer is made and the applicant is required to complete:

  • Agency Specific Training
  • FEMA NIMS and ICS Classes
  • Agency Firearms Training
  • Site Specific Training

During an officers employment with us, they have the opportunity to attend multiple in service training classes and continuing education opportunities.
